SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We do our best to keep the flowers shown on our website in stock. However flowers can vary from week to week and not every flower is always available. Therefore substitutions may be necessary. We keep the overall look and feel similar. Please be patient with us as supply availability for flowers and vases has changed since Covid. Thank you and we appreciate your support.

Delivery Policy

Please Read

Orders must be placed by 2pm for same-day delivery. All orders after 2pm will be delivered the next day or on another preferred date of delivery. We may or may not be able to offer same-day delivery on major holidays if you order last minute depending on how busy it is. However pick-up is available at the store until we run out of product.
Please allow delivery up to 8pm or later on holidays unless specified to us in such cases as funerals where a delivery time is necessary.

Time requests on non-funeral orders are a request, not a guarantee. We are able to meet time requests most of the time but please be aware that sometimes issues arise that are beyond our control and we cannot meet the time request. This can happen on busy holidays such as Valentine's Day.

We only deliver once! If recipient does not answer the door or their place of business has closed, by default we will leave the arrangement by the front door. We are not responsible if arrangement is stolen and/or damaged. Please ensure the time and place of delivery is correct before placing your order. If weather is freezing and the recipient does not answer the door, please be aware that the flowers will die. The water in the vase will freeze and shatter the vase. If weather is too hot flowers will wilt. PLEASE MAKE SURE RECIPIENT WILL BE AT THE PLACE OF DELIVERY. 
Include a gate code for gated communities. It is very frustrating for our delivery drivers when they're sitting at a gate trying to get in to make a delivery. It's a huge waste of time and we will charge $40 for the inconvenience. 
In cases where the shop is so busy that we cannot meet your preferred delivery time, we will do our best to notify you that the arrangement will be delivered the following day. This can happen during major holidays such as Valentine's Day. 

We also use courier services such as DoorDash and Uber for delivery except in cases where large funeral and wedding arrangements need extra space for delivery. Please let us know within 12 hours if flowers did not arrive satisfactory. Keep in mind that DoorDash and Uber also take pictures of the arrangements at delivery.

Returns Policy

We do NOT offer refunds but we do offer replacement arrangements if the flowers and/or vase is damaged during delivery. This is extremely rare, but we do take responsibility if a damage is our fault. You have 24 hours to notify us of damage. Pictures are taken of arrangements when it leaves the store and right before it's delivered so we have proof of what it looks like.
